1. Controller

The controller of personal data within the meaning of the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 87/2018, “PDPA”) and, to the extent applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the attorney named above. 2. Visiting the website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and all other content are loaded from this server – no data is sent to third parties (such as Google) when you visit.

With every visit, the hosting provider’s server automatically records technical data in log files: IP address, date and time of access, the page visited, and browser and operating system information. This data is necessary for the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 12(1)(6) PDPA; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). 3. Contact form and email

When you send me an enquiry via the contact form or by email, I process the data you provide: your name and email address and, if you choose, your phone number, company, practice area and the content of your message.

I use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you wish, to take steps prior to entering into an agreement for legal services. The legal basis is your consent (Article 12(1)(1) PDPA; Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 12(1)(2) PDPA; Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Please do not send confidential documents or sensitive data via the form.

5. Recipients

I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Recipients may only be technical service providers processing data on my behalf (hosting, form delivery, email) and authorities to which I am legally obliged to disclose data.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA and the GDPR you have the right to:

• information about the processing and access to your data,
• rectification of inaccurate data,
• erasure,
• restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Please send your request to the email address given above.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (www.poverenik.rs).

8. Security

This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

9. Changes

This privacy policy may be amended if the law or the way this website works changes. The version published on this page applies.
